Caesar Salad Supreme

really good recipe!! i just used the dressing part to complete my lunch. definitely needs something to make it less viscus, i opted for equal parts mayonnaise and olive oil. also, i used lime because it was what i had on hand, and i think it worked really well. thanks for the recipe, will definitely make again

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

REALLY GOOD for a 1st attempt. A simple recipe I can make from memory. i ended up topping them with a little mozzarella, next time i will add some cheddar to the mixture before cooking. won't make hash browns any other way! edit* on a 2nd batch i made little piles instead of a super hash brown, i much prefer them smaller, more crispy!

Apple Banana Cupcakes

definitely more of a muffin, but one of the better muffin's i've ever made! i doubled the cinnamon to give it a kick, subbed in oil and added a splash of apple juice, perfect! also, i finely chopped the fruit
