AMAZING!!! My first time making the recipe and I could not believe how easy it was and just how delicious it tasted! The whole house smelled amazing! I added an extra teaspoon of curry and 1 teaspoon of garam masala! Will def. make again. I am making a pot to gove to my parents tomorrow...bragging rights! ha ha.

Healthy Banana Cookies

For a healthy snack, this is a great recipe. I did make a pretty big addition though and added 1 heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter, as well as a tablespoon of maple syrup, raisins instead of dates, cinnamon, and some ground flax seed. I'll make them again for sure.

Cafe Mocha Mini Muffins

Reviewed on Nov. 29, 2008 by DetectiveL
I used only 1/4 cup chocolate chips--that was plenty--and 2/3 the amount of sugars. I also added a little more coffee. The batter ended up being too thick, probably because the oats soaked up all the coffee/water, so I added 1/3 cup milk at the end. Also, this made 6 regular muffins.
