Spinach Chick Pea Curry

If I could gove this 10 stars, I would! I thought this was so tasty; extremely easy to put together. We are not big fans of tofu so we just left it out! I have made a few different curries, but I really think this is my favourite! The creamed corn makes it completely different and the consistency is perfect!! BIG THUMBS UP!!! :D

Eggplant Parmesan II

This was wonderful! My boyfriend (who is a major carnivore!!) couldn't stop praising this recipe! It was delicious! Didn't change a thing about it except for making fresh sauce instead of store-bought. WE'll b making this time and time again! Cheers! Note: Try making "Best Marinara Sauce Yet" from this website to go with this dish - very delicious!

I thought this was a great sauce! Very simple to make, I made it for the 'Eggplant Parmesan II' from this website...delicious! Cheers for the great recipe!
