Beef and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches

Reviewed on Nov. 29, 2008 by Nate
I can't believe how easy this recipe was! It takes no time at all to make a delicious meal for a weekend lunch or for entertaining guests. I will absolutely keep this one close at hand. Even my picky family ate it!

Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed on Nov. 25, 2008 by Kristin
This was grainy and tasted of sugar granules. Not peanut buttery enough. Follow the other people's advice and cut down the marshmallow in 1/2 or add more PB.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Reviewed on Nov. 20, 2008 by Nikky J
i made this recipe. I did add provalone cheese to the chicken. I also rolled them up as though I was making keiv. I let them rest for 30 minutes. I browned them in a large skillet and completed them in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes. My family loved them. My daughter even had this meal for breakfast the next day!
