Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by mcs091004
The recipe as it reads is alright... bland though. I think my changes made it better. I used beef broth and put beef round steak in it at the verty beginning I floured the steak and pan fried it cut in sections in the pan with onion and portabello mushrooms. VERY tasty this way!

Cherry Cordial Ice Cream

Reviewed on Nov. 22, 2008 by LOPIEKITTY
When I got my ice-cream maker I was only going to use "custard" recipes...NO sweetened condensed recipes for me...NO SIR! BUT.... YUMMERS! I used my Cuisinart 2 QT. ice-cream maker...it was to much mix for it but I went ahead anyway (cleaning up the mess is fun anyway) and it churned up beautifully. GREAT taste/texture...the ONLY thing I may do diffently is add a "bit" more chopped cherries. (personal taste and all that). 5 BIG stars for this one. GREAT recipe and I will make it again. THANKS for posting!

Creamy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on Nov. 17, 2008 by LOPIEKITTY
I made this thinking it would be super simple and I had all the ingredients. AFTER I got it cooking I had MAJOR doubts about it but it was to late to turn back so I hoped for the best. It was GREAT! So good! NO KIDDING! We served the sauce over rice and my husband RAVED and he is NOT a big pork fan. This one goes into my cookbook and I will make it again. The ONLY change I made was I did not use any salt (the bacon is salty enough) and I didn't use the paprika. THANKS for posting this most excellent dish!
