Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by porkchop
I think I was just expecting way too much out of this. I was looking for something sweeter and fruitier. Served the dressing on the side so people could add as much as they wanted, and wound up throwing most of it away.

Peanut Butter Pie XIV

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by porkchop
This was pretty tasty, but really rich and sweet to where you could only eat a tiny sliver. I would make this again if I had the ingredients on hand, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get the stuff to make this.

Blueberry Quick Bread

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by porkchop
I used frozen blueberries, and they sunk to the bottom of the loaf like rocks. I also thought the flavor was off, but I couldn't really pinpoint what was wrong. It has promise, though, so I think I will try this again, but with fresh blueberries tossed in some flour, and some tinkering to the recipe.
