I have made this recipe that I found in a Charleston Junior League cookbook. Theirs only used 4 Tablespoons of mayonaise, but the rest is the same. It is delish!

Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp

Reviewed on Jul. 20, 2008 by gocoastl
Wonderful recipe! You do need to precook your bacon a little in the microwave so it gets done when your shrimp does. I also skewer mine, cook on the grill and brush with a honey mustard, and serve more honey mustard on the side for dipping. Devine! This is my very favorite way to eat shrimp.

Banana Walnut Cornbread

Reviewed on Jul. 21, 2008 by Jade
I had exactly 3 bananas that probably were not gonna make it til morning w/out going bad so I was searching for something to do with them and found this recipe. I love that it doesn't call for white flour. It turned out really dry and crumbly for me, I don't really like it, its just so dry. Oh well.
