My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed on Jul. 7, 2008 by msslauren
This was an awesome recipe. Delicious. Per the reviews I added Worcestershire's sauce, brown sugar and used less BBQ sauce then the recipe called for. My boyfriend the beer connoisseur, had a Troegs HopBack Amber Ale he refused to drink and thought he threw away at one point, the beer in which I used for this recipe, and it turned out delicious. I guess my point is, no matter how terrible the beer, you cannot go wrong with this recipe.

Easy Guacamole

Reviewed on Jul. 7, 2008 by msslauren
I would have given this recipe 5 stars except I changed some things a bit. I used half an onion, the juice of 2 limes and no garlic. Delicious.

Grilled Pineapple Slices

Reviewed on Jul. 2, 2008 by msslauren
These were quick, easy and delicious. I used canned pineapples, laid them on a paper towel to dry while I finished preparing dinner. I poured the 1/4 c. Coconut Milk into a bowl, dipped each pineapple into the milk and sat in a bowl until the boyfriend was ready to grill them. Per the request of another reviewer we sprinkled cinnamon sugar once the pineapples were grilling instead of before to try to prevent a gooey mess. Everyone enjoyed these pineapples and kept asking for more. Even joked about them tasting like pina coladas. While we served these with dinner as a try-out, I would most likely serve these as dessert next time.
