Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed on Dec. 27, 2008 by JRKCR
I also baked the squash in the shell for an hour, with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. And then scooped it out-easy! And I used only one block of cream cheese. I only added some ginger to flavor it. And it was really, really, good!!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This is a great recipe!! I actually use a packaged stuffing mix instead of the bread. And I use sage flavored sausage. It turns out perfect every time!!

Vegetarian Chili

We couldn't find the "beaf" crumbles. So we bought boca burgers and crumbled them up. It made a BIG pot of really good chili!
