Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Great dish and presentation. I had way too much filling left over tho - but I don't measure usually so maybe I was just too generous. Next time I would add a bit more cheese and back off on the dill. Will make this lots I'm sure.

Herb-Stuffed Red Peppers

My husband and 12-year-old daughter rated this a 3.5. I would rate it a 3 based on the original taste. It was very bland so I had to keep adding flavor before I stuffed the peppers. My daughter does not tolerate spicy things, but little did she know that I put in nearly a 1/2 TBS of Tabasco and more cayenne. I did put corn into the meat mixture, because it did sound like a good thing to do and tasted good. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Picnic Pasta Salad

I followed the recipe, but thought it lacked in flavor and a little too oily. I'm going to start adding some stuff to get it where we like it, but I'm glad I tried it!
