Super easy to make and my friends and family cannot get enough of it. Make sure to put this in the fridge over night to set up. I made a couple of other changes including using a total of 6 eggs, and 1 tsp. of dried minced onion and a pinch of black pepper. I have made it without the mustard powder and it is just as good.

Everyone I make this for falls in love! I shred the cheese on top and also double because it is very thin in the pan.

This turned out delicious! I used 7 eggs, 6 slices of toasted white bread and 1/8 cup more of milk than the recipe stated. I was out of mustard powder, so I used 2.5 teaspons of grey poupon mustard instead. I also used the organic pork sausage links from Whole Foods (365 brand) and cut the links into thin slices. Also, I added one small jar of red pimentos sprinkled on top before I put it all in the oven overnight -- it added great color. The guests loved it, the house smelled delicious while it baked and it tastes great reheated the next day (trust me, I'm eating a piece right now!).

My dad makes this exact casserole every year for Christmas breakfast at his house. We all enjoyed it growing up, and now the grandkids do too!

I made this up and left in the fridge overnight. The next morning, before anyone was up, I popped it in the over. It worked out perfectly! My daughter liked this so much that she had three helpings over the course of a day. It saves nicely, too! We made it with bacon instead of sausage, but everything else remained the same.

I would definitely double the recipe and add onions and some other spices if I made this again.

I have made this for my family for several years since I first found it on Allrecipies.com. It was the very first recipie I ever found on this website. It is absolutely the best and EVERYONE always asks me for it. So easy and so good! I wouldn't change a thing.

I found this recipe about 8 years ago and make it all the time!! It is a family favorite! I now have it memorized! The good thing about it - it only takes 4 eggs!! It is a great recipe!!

The taste was okay...a little too dry for my preference. My mom's recipe calls for 12 eggs and more milk...I'll do that one next time.

I loved how convenient this recipe was for Christmas morning! I added green onions and a dash of cayenne to the eggs, and I used 6 eggs instead of 4. It was a little drier than I had anticipated, but I think I used too big of a pan (9x13) so it was too thin. Next time I will double the recipe. I will definitely make this again, very tasty! Thanks so much!

This was very good. I used whole wheat bread and it didn't dry it out at all. We ate this will syrup on top. Next time I will either make with maple syrup or use maple sausage as suggested. I used lean italian turkey sausage to cut the fat.

Very good! I made this with mild sausage, 6 eggs, and 8 slices of plain white bread (not toasted), baked uncovered for 45 mins. Everyone liked it, but it was better with picante sauce. Next time, I would use more sausage, and maybe spicy sausage instead of mild.

This recipe was excellent. I served it at a family brunch and modified it alittle by using 5 eggs, 2 3/4c milk, 8 slices of bread and topped it with 2 cups of crushed cornflakes with 1/2 cup of melted butter mixed with them.
