A bit of parsley, a smidgen of garlic powder, a splash of lemon juice, and of course, tuna, celery, onion, and mayonnaise. This is a great tuna salad that works for a sandwich, stuffed into a plump tomato, or spooned onto fresh salad greens.

This was always a summer Saturday favorite for my grandparents and I. Great served on a large lettuce leaf. You may also add grapes or chopped apples if you wish.

A nice and refreshing tuna salad to use as a sandwich filing or a cracker spread. Orange juice and pecans give the salad a lovely sweet nuttiness.

This is a tuna salad that makes those of us who love the veggies happy! Even people who don't normally like tuna will generally like this one. Serve on pita, or on your favorite bread or roll. Stuff a tomato, bell pepper, or zucchini with the blended salad. This makes 4 sandwiches or 2 generous salad servings.

My husband says this tuna salad is even better than his mother's. Not too pickly tasting, mild with a nice blend of flavor. You can add more mayo for a creamier salad.
